How to make restaurant-style Mexican Spanish rice?

Instructions:
1. Blend Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Chicken Bouillon, Cumin and Salt until smooth. Set aside
2. Heat a little Oil in a pan and lightly fry Rice.
3. Pour blended Tomato mixture and simmer for 1-2min.
4. Add Water and bring to a boil.
*Taste for Salt and adjust (I usually add Tomato Bouillon here if my Rice needs color -Tomatoes weren’t ripe enough)
5. After first boil, lower heat to LOW, cover and simmer until water is completely absorbed and rice is tender. Around 15-20min
*Optional: add in Cilantro and Jalapeño when simmering
6. Lightly fluff Rice with a fork.
